This is a smart, fun and colourful pouch bag to own. It is a completely original design by our brand label ARI + (ARITASU)!!
It's a cute bag that can be used to either hang from your main bag or it can be hooked onto your trousers.
You can use the bag for your loose change, keys, medicine or any such small items.

This vintage obi is brightly-coloured lime green based with orange hemp leaf pattern.
The brand name plate of ARI + JAPAN is attached with yellow embroidery thread in four corners.
The lining of the bag is yellow cotton broadcloth to enjoy the contrast with the colour of the bag.

I fell in love when I saw this obi and it was an exciting moment to make pouch bags from this lovely obi.
This particular obi is about 20 years old but it is in good condition with no scratches or deterioration.

Material
The material used for outer is from vintage obi made of cotton and lining is cotton broadcloth.
All other material is brand new.
A thick number 4 fastener has been used.
The length of the side chain strap is 18cm.

This simple and timeless pattern was handed down up until now.

　  In order to upgrade the quality, we are committed to handmade sewing.

　　●All products are sewed with thick yarn to stitch denim (20s).
　　●All thread ends are made knots in the back.
　　●The lining is carefully stitched with hem stiche followed by back stitch to protect from the lining to be caught in fastener.

♡ Sewing process of pouch ♡
Cut cloth, attach interlining and fastener.(sample picture)

Attach brand name plate of ARI+JAPAN with embroidery thread.

All thread ends are made knots in the back of the cloth.

Attach loop and strap then sew the side and bottom of the pouch.
Sprit the seam with iron, then hem stitch and back stitch the seam to complete.
